About
Back in 1937, long before The Blue Ribbon was established, the beautiful waterfront Culver Lake property was occupied by Mckeown’s Restaurant. Best known for serving duck and being a getaway for baseball legend and Yankee great Babe Ruth, Mckeown’s remained in operation all the way until 2005 when it was purchased by current owners Dino Vlachos and Pete Dorizas.
Today, the Blue Ribbon offers the same timeless lakefront dining experience that the Babe enjoyed, but with all of the latest state-of-the-art amenities like 8 flat-screen TV’s, a fully redesigned sports bar, and the now famous tiki bar. The restaurant is located at 470 Hwy. 206 in Branchville, NJ, it has two parking lots, and is even accessible by boat to lake members and their guests.
